We recognize that there are too many quality communities in Southern California for us to be actively building in.  Therefore, we offer another opportunity for you to build your new home. The Pacific Legacy Homes Build On Your Lot Program was created to make the new homebuilding process effortless. We orchestrate the entire process and experience for you so you can focus on everything else.

Our BOYL Program is essentially a semi-custom solution with endless possibilities. The program consists of a simplified process so you get a custom home without all the overwhelming decisions. All the BOYL Program options, except custom plans, have pre-selected and pre-priced base packages as well as upgrade options. So, you will know what the price is and when your home will be ready before you sign a contract.

You can build a new home on your lot or one of ours. If you do not already own a lot, then we can provide guidance to determine the best feasible property and location before you purchase the lot. There are currently two different design options available for Building Your Home.

Build on Your Lot with Our Plans
This option primarily consists of building a home from our collection of distinctive architectural designs. The home can be built from the standard configuration and with any of the pre-designed options. You can also choose to build one of our homes with some slight modifications for additional customization. The interior finishes are completely customizable. Build on Your Lot with Custom Plans
This option consists of building a home according to your requirements and specifications. We can design your home and provide plans specially prepared according to your vision. Also, we can design-build your home from plans that you have obtained from a third-party. We will meet with you and listen to your ideas. We will work together to determine the best way to meet all your requirements, match your lifestyle and reflect your personality. The possibilities are limitless.
