Pacific Legacy Homes was founded by Michael Graham, with the primary mission of creating distinctive and unique homes with enduring qualities and value. We at Pacific Legacy Homes believe that an unwavering commitment to architectural creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and long-term vision are the key tenets of the mission. Therefore, our primary focal points are: superior architectural designs that incorporate the latest product trends and are customizable; and centralizing our customer experience to achieve customer satisfaction. Our homes are created around your needs and desires and based on high quality architecture and craftsmanship.

Executive Management Team
Michael Graham, President
As founder, and majority shareholder in Pacific Legacy Homes, Michael oversees all company activities from land acquisition and comprehensive business planning for both company and individual projects, to marketing and sales and construction.
In 1989, with his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University, Michael began his career at a small architectural firm that designed custom homes in the Fallbrook area. There he was responsible for preparing structural designs for the custom homes and construction management. He then joined the City of San Diego Public Buildings Division at the conceptual stage of a proposed massive expansion of the San Diego’s branch library system. There he worked on bringing six new state-of-the-art library facilities at; Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps Ranch, Carmel Valley, Mira Mesa, Pacific Beach, and Rancho Bernardo into the system and respective communities. Not only are the new branch libraries much needed public assets they are also significant architectural features with enduring values. From there he charted a different course for the next decade in public transportation projects where he worked at two of the most prominent consulting firms DMJM (AECOM) and Parsons Brinckerhoff. There he made significant contributions to several mega-transportation projects such as Metro Red Line in North Hollywood, State Route 210 in San Bernardino, Coronado Tunnel, State Route 125 and Mission Valley East LRT in San Diego. In 2004, Michael received his MBA from San Diego State University and embarked on returning to his roots and passion in homebuilding with the creation of Pacific Legacy Homes.
In addition to his B.S. degree in civil engineering and MBA, from San Diego State University, he is a licensed professional engineer.
