There is a wide variety of stain selections for the alder or maple wood cabinetry found throughout each home. All cabinets are hand-crafted and finished on site.

Porcelain Floor Tile
We use 18” x 18” porcelain floor tile in the kitchen, foyer, halls, laundry room, and master bathroom. We use 12” x 12” porcelain floor tile in the secondary bathrooms. There are several different design lines and colors to choose from.

The premium style carpe is included with every home and is available in a wide variety of colors
