The project management system enables Pacific Legacy Homes to cultivate stronger relationships between the builder and the buyer.

Each home is considered as an individual project, whether it is a solo unit or part of a larger development community. Therefore, each home gets the individual attention of a project manager. Our project manager is your personal builder. Every Pacific Legacy homebuyer is assigned a personal project manager or builder. Your personal builder is responsible for everything that is associated with your new home including monitoring the construction process and assuring the overall quality and timely delivery. The personal builder will become your point of contact throughout your home’s construction and delivery process. If necessary, the person is available seven days a week.

The advantage of having a Personal Builder is that the person has the knowledge of all the moving parts and is therefore able to answer all your questions. The person will be on your jobsite and in your home almost every day to coordinate with the subcontractors to ensure the quality and timely delivery.
